1. Background:
The Mozambique Transmission Company – MOTRACO – is a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Mozambique in 1998. The company is a joint venture between Electricity of Mozambique (EDM), Eskom Holdings (Eskom), and Eswatini Electricity Company (EEC). MOTRACO was created as a vehicle for co-operation with the primary objective of building, owning, smelter in Mozambique and while power to EC and EDM.
2. Context and Scope of Work:
MOTRACO intentions to replace transformer conventional dehydrating Breaster pots made of plastic, that are cracking and damaged due to aging, by the glass type for transformer Tap changer and Auxiliary transformers, as well as maintain Reactor dehydrating Breather. The bidder is required to supply and install dehydrating breast as per the Scope of Work below:

- Cost of material;
- Cost of labor;
- Estimated Work plan;
- Any other applicable costs.
