1. introduction:
Companhia de Transmissão de Moçambique - MOTRACO - is a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Mozambique in 1998 and registered in the Republic of South Africa and the Kingdom of Eswatini. The company is a joint venture between Electricidade de Moçambique (EDM), Eskom and Eswatini Electricity Company (EEC), created as a cooperation vehicle with the main objective of building, operating and maintaining the Electricity Transmission System, supplying Mozal, the aluminum smelter and transporting energy to EEC and EDM. MOTRACO also has telecommunications/fiber optic infrastructure for both operations and rental to potential users in the national and regional markets.
2. Scope:
2.1 In general, the work proposal should highlight and make visible MOTRACO's strategic role in the national and regional energy sector, focusing on aspects such as:
- MOTRACO's core business;
- Operational excellence since its creation and particularly in the last 5 years;
- Ongoing infrastructure reinforcement and expansion projects; and
- Social responsibility and investment actions that the company has been implementing.
2.2 Specifically, proposals must include:
- The design and construction of a customized stand for display at the 59th edition of FACIM 2024 (August 29 to September 1), in an area of 18 square meters, with vinyl walls. The walls must contain MOTRACO information in accordance with the aspects described in point 2.1, including the Vision, Mission and Value, as well as images of infrastructure and social responsibility actions/projects to be provided by the Company. The stand material will be the same as that used in the last edition of FACIM, which is in MOTRACO's warehouses;
- Temporary rental of furniture (corporate environment), plants, floating floors, lighting system and LED-TV with USB ports for projection of the institutional video;
- Inclusion of 2 (two) protocol assistants for the duration of the Fair and associated costs;
- Transportation of the stand from the MOTRACO warehouse in Beleluane to FACIM and back.
All materials must be supplied for the duration of FACIM, including transportation to and from the venue. The final stand artwork must be supplied in open format for MOTRACO's archive.

The technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 5 p.m. on July 29, containing the following information and documents:

- Experience in similar jobs;
- Detailed costs for each item;
- Professional references.
